Lista ocupatziilor pentru care nu se mai aproba certificari de munca
Departamentul Muncii din SUA a dat publicitatzii urmatoarea lista cu ocupatzii ptr care se considera
ca exista un surplus de lucratori si deci nu se pot emite certificari de munca ptr strainii care aplica
ptr o viza de lucru in urmatoarele domenii.
Daca totusi o cerere de certificare de munca este insotzita de un "waiver" ( exceptzie de la regula )
aprobat de Departamentul Muncii, atunci sint sanse de aprobare.
